Matthew Weber enters his 9th year as the Assistant Athletic Director at Princeton City Schools. Weber is responsible for managing and providing coverage for 30 sports (7-12 Grade). He maintains the Princeton Athletic website, distributing all publications, and promotional items. He also serves as the PCMS (Princeton City Middle School) Athletic Director. Weber assists in the allocation and reviewal of the department's operating budget, program inventory, coordinating game event management and ticket sales, contributes to the facility schedule, alumni events, and the golf outing. At Princeton, Weber has served the Ohio High School Athletics Association as a Southwest District and Regional Tournament and Site Manager. He has served the Greater Miami Conference as tournament manager for high school boys’ and girls’ tennis, junior high basketball, junior high volleyball, junior high tennis, and junior high golf. In 2018, he was named the SWOADA Middle School Athletic Director of the Year. Prior to Princeton, Weber began his involvement with the University of Findlay Athletic Department as a student worker in 2007, where he served as event management staff with tickets, concessions, and game promotions. During his time as collegiate student-athlete, Weber was appointed onto The University of Findlay Student Athletic Advisory Committee, serving as Committee Chairman from 2009-2010. During this time, he organized and led the Make-A-Wish Foundation and Adopt-A-Family programs. He would continue his involvement with Findlay Athletics in 2010, serving as the Graduate Assistant in the Sports Information Department, assisting in game day stats, and communication and media relations to increase the interest of Findlay Athletics. Furthermore, he spent some time with sales managers at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida. Weber earned his Bachelor’s degree from The University of Findlay in Marketing and Business Management in 2010, and Master of Business Administration in 2012. He would later earn his Master of Science in Athletic Administration from Ohio University in 2014.
